From 100% pinot noir, this rosé is perfectly positioned for summer enjoyment. This dry style rosé is made using grapes in our McCrae vineyard. Cold soaked on grape skins for 24 hours gives this wine depth in flavour and an underlying complexity. Aromas of strawberries and rose petals precede a palate rich in strawberries and cream characters with a crisp and refreshing finish.
