All of our wines are grown and made from our 80 hectare vineyard, which is across the famed Coonawarra Terra Rossa Soil. A tasting through our range is a journey across the estate which each wine capturing something of the essence of Whistle Post and the journey from 'grower to glass'.

Group bookings for wine experiences are available at our Cellar Door, We accommodate for all occasions including, Birthday's, Hen's Parties, Private Dinners and end of year events. Getting to the Cellar Door
The Coonawarra Wine Region is located on the Limestone Coast of South Australia. A scenic 4 hour drive from Adelaide or 4.5 hours drive from Melbourne. Alternatively there are daily flights to the Mount Gambier Airport, a short 30minute drive.
Whistle Post Cellar Door is within walking distance from the Penola town centre where most of the regions accommodation is situated. There are local tour companies available for wine tours and shuttle bus services.
