THE ESTATE RANGE
2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety makes up over 50% of our vineyard. Being from Coonawarra we couldn’t have a winery without this in our range. This 2016 Cabernet has an attractive nose of blackcurrant and red fruits. It's soft full palate expresses sweet dark berry fruit with light oak flavours.
This Merlot is a delicate full flavoured wine with a rich red currant colour supported by soft favours of small berry fruits and a hint of oak providing good length and balance.
Making up over 25% of our vineyard area our 2018 Chardonnay is unoaked and has notes of white peach and lime. Flavours of yellow fruits, crème edges, citrus combine to give a long lingering finish
This dry style Rosé is made using grapes in our McCrae vineyard. Cold soaked on grape skins for 72 hours gives this wine depth in flavour and an
underlying complexity. Aromas of strawberries and rose petals precede a palate rich in strawberries and cream characters with a crisp and refreshing finish.
2017 Cabernet Franc
Medium bodied Cabernet Franc with elegant texture and roundness. Flavours of ripe currants and sweet pepper combine with a subtle tannin structure and a smooth finish.
